About

A free 30-day push-up and pull-up challenge, built to be simple and honest.

What MYINIA is

MYINIA is a free website that builds a 30-day push-up or pull-up plan around you. You answer five short questions about your exercise, your current strict maximum, your experience, how many days a week you can train and whether you have pain or an injury. The site then generates a day-by-day schedule with exercises, sets, reps, rest periods and planned recovery days, plus a calendar and streak tracking to keep you on course.

We keep it narrow on purpose: two exercises, one clear plan and honest tracking. Push-ups and pull-ups are simple, need very little equipment and are a reliable measure of upper-body strength, so they make a good focus for a 30-day block.

How your plan is built

Plans are produced by a rule-based engine that runs in your browser. It does not use an AI service and nothing you enter is sent to a server. The engine looks at:

Training days are separated by recovery days, and day 30 is a reassessment so you can compare your new max with your starting point.

Our principles

What we do not do

We do not publish invented testimonials or user numbers, and we do not promise specific results. The program is a conservative structure for training consistently; how you respond depends on your sleep, nutrition, consistency and starting point. MYINIA is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.

Who it is for

MYINIA suits healthy adults who want a clear, free structure for building push-up or pull-up strength, from people who cannot yet do a single rep to people who already train and want a focused month. It is not designed for rehabilitation, pregnancy-specific training or competitive athletes who already have a coach.

How the site is supported

MYINIA is free to use. We may display advertisements through third-party advertising services in the future to help cover website operating costs. Advertisements will not affect your generated workout plans. Privacy Policy to learn how third-party services may use cookies and process information.
