MYINIA has no accounts and does not send your questionnaire answers or workout progress to any server. We do not directly collect personal information. If you email us, we receive the email address and message you choose to send, and use them only to reply.

2. Data stored on your device

Your selected challenge, answers, generated plan, start date and completed workouts are saved in your browser's local storage so the challenge can resume. This data stays on this browser and device and is not synced or backed up.

3. Third-party services

MYINIA may display advertisements through third-party advertising services. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize and measure advertisements. Third-party providers may collect information such as IP addresses and browser data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

4. Cookies and ad choices

MYINIA itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party ad partners may. You can manage personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your choices

Delete your progress anytime with "Start a new challenge" or by clearing site data in your browser. Clearing storage is permanent.

6. Children

MYINIA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
